The talent care of Gyöngyös and its surroundings in expert hands: Talent workshops

Our institution does wide-range talent care and development and search for talents int he name of equal chances and education based on competence in Gyöngyös and in its surroundings.

We keep connection with several primary and secondary schools so we to start to develop language and informatics skills as easily as possible int he frame of school supplementary lessons and camps (Talent workshops) where we give the opportunity for ecological lessons and sporting facilities (swimming lessons) int he name of education for healthy way of life.

It plays an important role to prepare our work in drug-prevention and mental-hygiene.

We try to give the possibility for children and young people to be able to overcome their handicap, to decrease deviances which mean several risks – with trainings, organizing individual and common programmes for them to be able to develop their skills and spending their free time under professional care.

Our thematic are built on the method of spontaneous and experience-like learning and this “experience-pedagogical” method helps to develop language and informatics skills – and the lessons as a common programme give the possibility for measuring and development in the fields of social-, way-of-life-, and environmental competences. With the necessary skills, abilities and key competences and with learning the proper social patterns, and with showing the right way (giving sociocultural-, treatment-, educational- and communicational patterns) the work in preparing them for the world of work and for taking part in society can be successful.

Among our first aims is to decrease the rate of digital illiteracy in the frame of education based on competence both in developing the skills of children and in the form of adult education, and also to spread digital culture in wider and wider range. This activity we do also in the form of the Gyöngyös association of Neumann János computer science company since..... this initiation also serves to seek for hidden talents even in the frame of traditionally organizing Hungarian internet media and web prize competition that has even reached international success.

With complex talent care programmes being realized during animation services (supplemented with applying web means) a possibility opens for differentiated development which guarantees the success of our programmes.

The frame of this activity is “healthy Gyöngyös” programme the aim of which is preserving health, preventing common illnesses and lengthening years spent in health.
